The way I look at it it has very little life, the tree il naked aside from a single leaf on its top, but the concept is good, and an artist whose saying something aside from drawing nice images is very good.
But in my opinion, if you'd use harder pencils to shade te tree and skeleton and textureize them (HB, or HB2) and not smudge it would take you to a new level.
Anyway, this is a good drawing.
